Work Flow
① Initial consultation
初回相談
ご依頼内容に合ったパートナーへ、プロジェクトまたはタスクの詳細をご案内します。作業内容、スケジュール、報酬などの条件について双方で合意した後、契約を締結します。
The partner that matches the incoming request will be contacted with details about the project or task. Once the scope of work, terms, and fees are agreed upon, an agreement for it will be made.
② Work
作業開始
契約締結後、プロジェクトを開始します。案件の内容やパートナーのご経験・スキルに応じて、クライアントとの英語でのやり取りは弊社が対応し、必要な情報を共有します。案件によっては、パートナーにクライアントと直接コミュニケーションを取っていただく場合もあります。
Work begins. Depending on the details of the project and the capability of the partner, English client communication will be handled on our end and communicated to the partner. In some cases, partners may directly communicate with the client.
③ Payment
お支払い
成果物の納品後、請求書をご提出いただき、指定の銀行口座へ報酬をお支払いします。継続案件の場合は、毎月の請求・お支払いとなります。
Once the deliverables are fulfilled and the project is complete, the partner sends an invoice and payment will be sent to their bank account. For ongoing projects, invoices and payments are made on a monthly basis.

TAMKO X is led by Barrett Ishida, a Japanese-American with over 10 years of digital marketing experience in Japan and the United States.
Our role is to identify the requirements necessary for our clients’ projects and execute them in collaboration with the appropriate Japanese experts.
All services are handled by native Japanese-speaking experts. This way, acting as a hub, we bridge communication gaps by providing local expertise to international clients.

プロジェクトに関するお問い合わせをいただいた際、当社では必要なサービス内容と、その業務を担当できる可能性のある候補者を検討いたします。貴社が適任であると判断した場合は、ご連絡させていただきます。

はい、もちろん可能です。本業や他のお仕事と両立しながらご参加いただけます。案件ごとにご相談のうえ、ご都合やスケジュールに合わせて参加するかどうかをお選びいただけます。お引き受けいただいた案件については、責任を持ってご対応をお願いいたします。

料金と手数料については、作業開始前にご相談させていただきます。ほとんどのプロジェクトでは、パートナーから請求書をお送りいただき、翌月末に銀行口座へお支払いいたします。ただし、一部のプロジェクト、特にインフルエンサー関連のプロジェクトでは、海外のクライアントがプロジェクト完了後60日後に支払いを行う場合があります。その場合は、クライアントの基準に合わせて対応いたします。
